At ExtrovertVIX Trading, we are committed to providing our clients with a secure and transparent trading experience. As part of this commitment, we have established a refund and returns policy that outlines the circumstances under which clients may be eligible for a refund or return of their funds.
Refund Policy
  • All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:
    • If a client's trading account is closed or terminated, they may be eligible for a refund of any remaining balance.
    • If a client has made an error in their deposit or payment, they may be eligible for a refund of the incorrect amount.
    • If a client has not traded or used any services and requests a refund within  14 days of their initial deposit.
Returns Policy
  • All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving a valid return request.
  • Returns will only be accepted in the following circumstances:
    • If a client has not used any services or traded and requests a return within 14 days of their initial deposit.
    • If a client has received an incorrect or damaged product or service.
Fees and Charges
  • Please note that all refunds and returns may be subject to fees and charges, including but not limited to:
    • Payment processing fees
    • Administrative fees
    • Any other applicable fees or charges
How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Please provide your account details, reason for the refund or return request, and any other relevant information.
Changes to this Policy
  • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund and returns policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all clients.
